Sacred sites and power places - or energy vortexes - hold a spiritual allure that transcends human language. They entice us through the mystery of ancient civilizations, long-ago people whose ageless wisdom speaks to us through stone ruins, effigies and petroglyphs. We venture to sacred sites to glimpse another reality, to experience a way of being more at peace with others, more in harmony with the Earth and higher in consciousness.
Today, we seek something beyond ourselves to understand life's mysteries, the cause and effect that underlies our existence and gives us a clue to the deeper meaning and purpose of our lives. Sacred sites and energy vortexes call to us beyond time and space to know, to remember these secrets.
Power Places
The "power" in these places is related to the Earth's energy grid - an electromagnetic system anchored by energy centers intricately woven around the planet. Sacred sites and vortexes are often found where gridlines meet. They anchor higher levels of consciousness because the electromagnetic frequency is higher where the lines converge.
Through archaeoastronomy, contemporary scientists are beginning to glimpse what the Ancients intended in building their communities, stone structures, temples and other sites. They created peace and prosperity by aligning their architecture - the physical structures of their lives - to coincide with the changing of the seasons, stars and planetary cycles. Through this alignment, energetic portals are created that invite the flow of energy connecting Heaven and Earth.
Earth Shift
Indigenous
people have recognized these power spots for many generations. Their
ritual and ceremony in sacred places is intended to keep the energy
flowing between Heaven and Earth. Their traditions point to these times
- near the beginning of the 21st century - as the time of the Great
Earth Changes, the Purification, the Turning of the Ages.
What's happening is a tremendous shift in the Earth's electromagnetic grid - the system of energy bands or grid lines intricately wrapped around the planet. The shift is related to various cosmic cycles that are ending now, which also means that new cycles are beginning, all at once. This is the dawn of a new world age.
Because we as humans are composed of the same matter as the Earth, we also are experiencing the changes within ourselves. We are transforming, or purifying, metamorphosing, just as the Earth is. Because we are part of the same system, we have an opportunity to assist in the transition for ourselves and others. Many are drawn to sacred sites without understanding why. By bringing the "mystery" of sacred sites into conscious awareness, we can participate more fully in the process of the Earth's transition, this upliftment of the Earth's energy grid.
